The location

Located in a strategic position in the heart of Isola district, one of the most dynamics emerging districts of Milano, YoRoom’s space events offers more than 300 square meters in an old factory, refurbished according to the principles of sustainable architecture. We are next to Garibaldi railway station and to the green and purple lines of the subway, not far from the new headquarters of Google Italia, the “Vertical Forest” created by Boeri and the new district of Garibaldi/Porta Nuova, developed around Gae Aulenti square.

The space events

Ideal location for business events, YoRoom’s spaces develop around the winter garden, placed in the basement and enlightened by the natural light coming from the large glass rooftop. It’s a modular space events, able to adapt to all needs, with surfaces going from 100 to more than 300 square meters and an independent entrance, in order to avoid interferences with the spaces dedicated to coworking. The wide multifunctional room and the conference room, with winter garden annex, can be rented both separately or jointly with, in addition, a space dedicated to the catering for the organisation of coffee breaks, lunches or dinners.

The conference room is equipped with 42 seats, projector and high speed wifi connection. The whole space of 310 square meters is suitable for any kind of event: conferences, workshops, meetings, business events and temporary showrooms in a location of refined contemporary design.

The services

In order to make our events location in Milano a space suitable for any typology of need, we have availability of a series of additional services as the catering, the chance of customizing the equipments, the predisposition of a sound system service, hostess service and the cloackroom.
